It was modern and super clean. Nice location to where we needed to be.
The thermostat was not functioning. It became quite warm in the room during the night. Half asleep we tried to lower it. But realized in the morning it was not working. Hence not a super night of sleeping.

breakfast was not included. our room was not ready for check in until after 3. the check in employee was not overly welcoming or helpful.

distance from downtown is a little bit far, but around the hotel you may find out good options to eat and shopping ! allô mon coco is super close!

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a shower cabin and enough room. There was also an iron and hairdryer. Breakfast was offered for an additional fee. Staff was also friendly.
The location was a bit far from Old Montreal and some other points of interest.

sometimes there can be turkeys outside in the fall and they are huge, they need more equipment for the gym and maybe bring back the old breakfast other than that the hotel itself is great

comfortable bed
no a/c in the room. had to ask for toilet paper. handicap parking was used by guests with no tags, our reservation was messed up and our rooms were not together. both room cost the same thing but one was significantly bigger than the other and it also has a/c. the woman at the desk on 2 of the nights was extremely rude.

Terrible location, breakfast was included note near elevator said restaurant would be closed from 9th December for a week, we checked in on the 28th and got breakfast in a bag every morning which was terrible. No TV for two days. We were there at the end of a 6 week holiday and wanting to just chill a bit but couldn’t watch any TV.

Beds are comfortable and it is a quiet hotel for the location

Everything was clean and organized. A great breakfast. The parking lot was good. It is near to a supermarket.
The only thing that did not go well was the air conditioner in our room, it took a long time to start refreshing.
