I was extremely grateful for being able to park my car at the hotel for the two weeks I was away. And the shuttle to the airport was convenient and efficient.

The staff are very friendly and quick to address issues.
The facility needs some work, this is our 2nd stay in 2 months and both times we had to change rooms - the first stay, the key card wouldn't work and after 3 tries (going back and forth to the desk), they moved us to another room. This time we walked into the room and there was a big puddle by the bed from the air conditioning unit, they moved us right away to the room next door but the next morning when I had to get up early for the shuttle bus to the airport and wanted to take a quick shower, it was very hard to turn on the bathtub tap and then to pull up to get the shower to start was almost impossible.
