The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. It was easy to get to and easy to get back onto the highway.

The stairs from the second floor are very narrow and I'm sure not up to code, need to be careful going down. Breakfast was a little on the sparse side and the waffle maker wasn't sprayed so the waffles stuck to the point where it came off in bits and pieces. Only one kind of muffin and bagel so it would be nice to have a choice.

It was easy to adjust the room to a comfortable level.

The policy of not allowing locals to book/ stay. We have recently relocated for employment but still have to come back every couple of weeks for visitation with kids. We have been booking hotels and never had an issue with still having 'local' ID. We will never book here again as it was a hassle to prove we reside in BC. We have been booking hotels every second weekend since the summer, and this is the only hotel that refuses local patrons. There are family's in our same situation, and this hotel has made it harder for people to be in transition with their lives while maintaining a semblance of normal for the kids. We thought we would try a different hotel, but we will not be back. Even when we get our BC ID, we will not stay in another Super 8.

Nothing fancy but very clean.

Stairs upto second floor are very steep and a hazard for anyone elderly.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd give them a 10 out of ten. Breakfast was good. Waffles, toast and pastries, yogurt, etc.

It's a very old building. No elevator. The stairs are really steep and small so carrying luggage up and down was awkward. The floors were extremely squeaky and I felt sorry for the people below us. Tip - make sure you do get on the top floor otherwise I'm sure it's noisy below.

Close to downtown and we loved that the photos look exactly like how it was in person. Clean too!

Regular motel, but very clean and close to everything. I changed my room to one with only one bed, but maybe that was not so smart, as this room was on the ground floor and so much more exposed. But it was comfortable and big enough. Had all the things one needed including coffee maker. I liked the free coffee all day and evening. Breakfast was ok.

The card access was not working many times. But as I was next to the reception, it was no problem. Maybe they are not used to people staying more than one night.?
