Staff was excellent.
Arrived very tired and our TV didn't work. Staff took care of it right away but it was something we would have preferred not to deal with, being so tired.

no one came to clean room each day so no clean towels each day or cups...old pod left in coffee maker on arrival...gummies under bed

Staff was friendly
Traffic noise was horrible. Not the hotel's fault but it was bad. Breakfast has gone downhill. We stayed there a few years ago and it was much better. Breakfast area was messy.

Chayz at the reception was incredible, despite our late arrival, his cheerful smile, great service and willingness to help with all that we needed was refreshing and appreciated. Thank you for your stellar service and I hope the hotel recognises your efforts and the value you add to your guests over what must be long night shifts!
