Huge disappointmnent- Ramada Lethbridge- atleast never again for me.

old tatty- not even worth putting comment about it

Old and severe dirty place - its not about cleaning staff but the property need massive upgrading. Dirty smelly carpets. Old building look like since 40,s no upgrade done. I wont recommend anyone to spend money on it.

Love this place

Location and facilities were great

Room was very hot at night . They seem to maintain temperature centrally and it was a discomfort to sleep

Probably my mistake at time of booking, but I thought I booked a room that included breakfasts.

The discount offered by the staff for my valet parking was really appreciated! I had shared my noise complaints (see below) and your desk staff offered me empathy and a serious price reduction at check out.

The revving supercharger vehicle between 2:15 and 2:45 am was annoying. The parting three or so under 25 females yelling at each other in the hallway on the fifth floor around the same time was annoying also.

We enjoy it for the most.part.

We liked the location of the hotel, we liked that the pool was right outside the room for the kids to go

The hotel is a little bit dated. The hotel has a smoky odor throughout . You had to pay for valet parking to stay in the hotel , which I don't remember seeing on the hotels page

Enjoyable and the location was perfect for us.

The front office and housekeepers were always friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. The pool was nice and the water was war. We stayed with a dog, so it was very comfortable. We were able to book it for a good price, a good value for money. Will stay there again.

The valet parking was full at the check in, it was very frustrating as it was Sunday night and we should park the car overnight at the street and move it somewhere at 7 am. Luckily, the lady at the front desk advised us when the vacant parking became available. So, kudos to the staff of this hotel.

The pool was great! It was a really nice location.

The rooms were old and needed updating, beds were clean but carpets and bathroom were needing to be redone.

Very good

The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud. Also the restaurant next door called “The Chick Pea” is a must try!!

We didn’t have a good wifi connection. Most of the time it was pretty nonexistent

Good location for Stephen's Street and it's amenities and access to all parts of the city

The wifi connection was poor in our eighth floor room. Spacious room but perhaps decor a little dated and in need of updating.

Clean room...in downtown near to where I was to be

Too noisy...acoustics were bad and noise from outside and adjacent rooms was easy to hear...also outside noise from roads as window glazing didn't work ..

Lack of some essential facilities like swimming pool thuogh it was on it inclusive but found it was close all the 3 weeks period. No Baggage handler at the hotel Also the toilet WC was too small and shallow

There was nothing to like about the Hotel except the location

Staff was very rude Rooms were not maintained Washroom was not properly functional Toiletries was missing No water in the rooms No one was available to help us with our luggage Deposit of $200 on counter else they won’t let me checkin

facilities were quite outdated. the hairdryer looked like it’ll blow up if you touch it and breakfast staff got a bit iffy if you gave them less than 20% tips.
