I had no hot water when i showered - It was cool water. Disappointed.

We had the king sized room, super comfy bed and spacious room, the bathroom was great as well, really appreciated multiple pillows and towels. Robes to go down to the pool and hot tub was the best.
I would have liked slippers and forks in the room

We found the room very clean and comfortable, other than a very loud fan in the room. We enjoyed our stay.
For some reason the room fan was extremely loud. Don’t know why but it should be checked out.

It was clean, staff was great. Room was nice
Our room was right beside the elevator, we could hear it all day and all night. Was pretty obnoxious after awhile.
