Fort Marcy Suites by All Seasons Resort Lodging

The location was great -- we could walk to the downtown/plaza area with ease.

Finding the right parking lot was a bit of a challenge. The business address is in a completely different spot than the parking lot we needed, and there were at least five different lots. We appreciated being able to park for free and close to our casita --once we found the right lot. There are maps that show where to go, but using a ride share service was difficult because they wanted to drop us off at the business address, not the correct lot. It was pouring rain so we didn't want to walk .5 miles to get to the right lot from the business address.

The location of the apartments was great, it was extremely easy to walk into the city of Santa Fe. The beds were comfortable and the overall house was large and had everything one needed.

Arriving in the evening and knowing where to park was difficult as well as trying to navigate where the apartment was as it was very dark.

The suite was very convenient for getting to and from Zozobra.

I didn't feel welcome or comfortable using the guest laundry area. The tone and body language I was met with by a man named Hugo gave "What are you doing here?" Also, one of the staff picked up a pair of men's underwear from the floor near the washer I was using and added it to my load. I'm a woman traveling alone, it was disgusting and unsettling to find a pair of men's underwear mixed in with my clothes. I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience that I spent $40 at a local laundromat when I needed to wash again.
