The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed.
The room wasn’t the easiest to find. After we found what we thought was right building, it took a while to find the room. After finding room the keys didn’t work. After trying two sets of keys, they sent security who gave us a special set to use. We also saw several other guests wandering around looking for the right room. There were also lots of dead gnats and cobwebs on the wall outside our door.

Everything was very clean. It has a swimming ppol and hot tub as well as a game room for teenagers.
I didn't like the fact that my son told me a lady that was working in the game room told my son and grandson that they both looked like loosers to her. It was a really good thing I wasn't with them and that they didn't tell me till we got home or me and her would have been having a major discussion about what she said.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable!
No complaints at all about the property or staff. Both were wonderful! Just one complaint though that is no fault of The Suites at Fall Creek. We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a very strong smell of marijuana smoke. Never smoked the stuff but I have smelled it before and I am not a fan! That was a bit bothersome, but again, no fault of the facility - it's just a guest not complying with the no smoking rule.
