The pillows were comfortable and the shower was better than expected. I also loved all the lamps. And the breakfast was tasty! Lastly, the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like family.
I wish we had Kleenex in the room and it also would have been nice to have a couch to sit on.

The large finished roo that we were moved to the second night. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Room we were given on arrival was not finished and didn't have the furniture that they advertised in the room. Elevator broke down for a couple hours.
