The host, Victor went out of his way to make arrangements for our shuttle to SFO. He gave us explicit directions to return our rental car and made every effort to accomoadate us. He's very good.

Better selection for breakfast.

When we saw the dated appearance of the room and building, we were worried about finding bugs. However, the good news is we did not see any bugs.

I was aware that breakfast would be coffee and packaged products; however, all that was available were Nutrigrain bars and horrible-quality pastries. There was no room-temp water available for someone who wanted a glass of water. When we asked at the desk for water, we were offered bottles for $2.00 each -- during breakfast! I had wrongly presumed there would be cereal and cartons of milk at least. Room was very dated; heavy rain outside was dripping into the top of our window. No other rooms with two beds were available so we had to use bath towels to stop the dripping sound. I asked for 2 extra pillows; Housekeeping brought me one and said it was all they had. Bed and pillows were both very soft (not in a good way). Bathroom extremely dated.
