Friendly staff, fast check in and check out, no issues in the room, very clean and comfortable, the staff of kitchen/breakfast was present and always refilling the food and cleaning, great hotel

Indoor pool was nice and hotel was convenient to the highway and the ice castles.

Too expensive for what you get. The room was very tight for all 4 of us. The hallway lights shined all the way around the hotel room door, it didn’t seem secure. The vending machines didn’t work. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The elevator was slow. The breakfast was not good.

Note: this was my FIRST time staying at a Holiday Inn. I only chose it because in the are I was visiting, it had the highest rating on Booking.com. Honestly, I would never stay in one again, but with that said, check in was a little bit confusing but the person checking me in was very apologetic, my room was clean, it was huge, my bed was comfortable, it had a microwave, two TVs, a coffee machine and a small fridge. It had everything that I needed, but was just physically depressing in shades of brown and lost in 1990. With better lighting and a few splash of colors I believe it would be much better.

The Staff were outstanding and friendly and willing to help if I needed anything, Breakfast was great with all kinds of choices and resteraunts and shops were close by as were the attractions

The complimentary breakfast was very good. Good choice of food. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine and well equipped. I can recommend the hotel.
