Amit and Harp at the front desk give outstanding customer service. Nice hotel. Well appointed room. Big TV. Medium firm mattress okay. Two types of bed pillows: chipped foam or fiber fill. Modern fixtures. Shower has strong water pressure and a curved curtain rod for more elbow room. Refillable Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. (More environmentally friendly than disposable bottles, so that was nice). Fluffy towels with enough rack space and hooks. Extra towels and face cloths on the shelf were an unexpected thoughtful touch. Good size fridge. Tiny freezer kept our ice packs fully frozen. Beautiful eating area on second floor all along the windows. Comfortable upholstered chairs. Accessible only by stairs. Great location. Lots of stores and restaurants around with quick access to the highway.

A full-length mirror would be a nice addition. No elevator so if you're on the second floor, you'll have to haul your luggage up the stairs. Amit offered to help carry it. Breakfast buffet: cereal, yogurt, red apples, toast, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, waffle maker. I don't think they have access to a full kitchen. Scrambled eggs appeared to be microwaved in a glass dish and then moved out to the chafing dish to keep warm. China plates and mugs, but plastic cutlery )would be nice if it were compostable).

Great, location, great price, very clean and wonderful staff especially Amit.

Very accessible off the highway, 2 restaurants on site.

The hotel itself is nice and the guy at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was also pretty good.

The bed in our room was awful. The mattress was worn out so it was bowed in the middle.
