Breakfast was adequate and the rooms are in dire need of a refresh. However, the staff, particularly Anamica who was at the front desk when we arrived, were phenomenal. Anamica was dealing with a very angry person while I waited and she did so in a calm and professional manner. I was impressed. She was pleasant and accomodating throught our 3 nights at this property as were every staff member we interacted with.
The entire place is in desparate need of a refresh and I don't just mean a coat of paint. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the tub was stained, the bathroom grout discoloured and the paint dull and lifeless.

Handy
Needs updating. But it’s fine and it’s comfortable.

It was clean.
When you turned into the parking lot there was a large hole the size of a car at the entrance. You could ruin your car if you drove into it. It should be fixed immediately.
