We were accommodated to stay an extra night and didn't have to change rooms
Vending machine was not refilled often enough and it took my money for 2 items and I only received 1. Could not find a contact number for a refund.

Service was great from the moment we entered into reception and were greeted with a very warm welcome. Room had everything and more that we required.

Amazing front desk staff. Very helpful - went above and beyond when dealing with an issue I had. Beds very comfortable. Nice TV - when it was working. Good A/C.
First room the tub fixtures were scaled over and ugly. Shower knob was so encrusted I couldn't get it to work. TV did not work on two of the three nights I was there - kept saying "weak or scrambled connection". Never did get any websites to load via wifi - ended up just using my data. First fridge was heavily frosted over and could not cool. They did move me to an upgraded room which solved these issues.
