This was a very nice stay, from the very easy, and accommodating check in, until the friendly checkout! We enjoyed every moment or our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very much in character with the home! The breakfast was extremely enjoyable, with very nice quality meals and exceptionally attentive staff! My wife and I are already be looking forward to our next visit!

Nice calm location, safe private parking. Breakfast was good and healthy.
Some nuances about the (otherwise very good) breakfast. 8:30 sharp - this suits the staff but not necessarily holiday goers. Also the serving of breakfast was in unexpected order. I was stopped from pouring water in my glass and was insisted that it will be served!

Beautiful property in a peaceful location.. short drive to city centre $14 to Empress hotel . Lots of charm and very friendly helpful hosts . Home made breads and granola for breakfast and flowers on the plates
Breakfast time 8.30 to 9 was not included in booking.com listing but we managed ok as we were only there for 2 nights .
We had issues with the tv in the Penthouse suite .. on first night but staff did try to resolve it the next morning . Considering the cost I feel breakfast time should be longer .. 8 to 10 am as in most places .

We enjoyed our stay. It is located in a quiet and beautiful part of Victoria. Service is excellent! Highly recommend if you are looking for a break from bland hotels!
