Beautiful property in a wonderful neighbourhood. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean
A little further from downtown, but not too bad.

Arnica is spotlessly clean. The room was cozy but comfortable. The bathroom was very nice.
There is a common sitting room and a small balcony on the second floor that we happily made use of.
Breakfasts were great and Dan was flexible in meeting our dietary restrictions.
There was nothing we didn't like but some things to be aware of.
One must step over the bathtub wall to get into the shower...not a problem for us but might be for those with mobility issues. All rooms are upstairs...again, those with mobility issues should keep this in mind.
The Autumn Room is on the west side of the house...it might be warm in the middle of summer.

Location was great, room spotless and breakfast delicious!
I wasn't a fan of the bed/pillow and the light on the air conditioning unit was SO bright!
