Doubletree By Hilton Battle Creek

Excellent food, variety and wait staff. Jojo was awesome!!

Limited easy parking.

Breakfast was served at the alloy restaurant. I had to pay for it extra. It was a great value though.

My bathroom floor and entry way was sticky.

I ate at Alloy and sat at the bar. Ashley was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk with. We had a great conversation, and she made the experience very enjoyable. The restaurant was fairly slow at first, but there were three wedding parties staying at the hotel, and once they started coming in, the place became extremely busy. It was impressive to watch Ashley and Taylor handle the rush. They stayed organized, attentive, and never missed a beat with their customers despite how crowded it became. Excellent customer service and teamwork from both of them. Way to go, ladies! Keep up the great work.

Nothing , hotel was great.

Location

When we first arrived they informed us of a water main break and there was no water. They said they were waiving cancellation fee if we wanted to go somewhere else but it was New Years Eve. So we stayed and hoped the water would come back on before we needed it. Thankfully it did. When we walked into the room there was trash on the floor and in the bathroom as well. The toilet was also dirty and you could tell the faucets haven’t been wiped down in a while.
