worst staff. before I checked in I locked in one night at a rate of $109.18 and the horrible general manager front desk staff, over charged my card $900 even after mistakenly charging my card, force me and my little kid to walk in the middle of the night at midnight to an atm to withdrawal additional $200 cash deposit and kept my money, Did nothing to remedy the huge mistake they made over charging my card 10x the amount. general manager Thomas Harris JR extremely evil demeanor with no sense of humility. slaps his business card that shows GENERAL MANAGER TITLE THOMAS HARRIS JR LIKE HE KNOWS HE RUNS THE SHOW, threaten to leave me and my child homeless along with keeping my money and dangling the room keys in my face either I leave with no where to go or submit myself to his power trip. threaten that I should call the cops because he knows that this is a non emergency and they would not show up.

manager, disrespectful, careless, unacceptable, lying in regards to room types renovated not renovated. harrasement. poor management. unaccountability

Convenient location. 15 min drive to Universal Stu. 20 min drive to Hollywood wax Museum.

Very run down. Needs an upgrade. Walls were very filthy. Loose tile in bathroom floor. Very small restroom.

Nothing, staff was rude. my boss paid for the room as he always does. The reservation was confirmed by the Booking.com and Studio City Courtyard and 5 hours later the reservation is canceled due to credit card? The same credit card was excepted by Priceline.com a confirmed reservation and still your staff would not except the reservation which Studio City Courtyard also confirmed. Worst treatment we have received to date!

the beds were comfortable

it looked old, needs remodeling and refurbished, the bathroom was bad, it had mold water in the bathtub, could not shower comfortable and the people upstairs kept making noise all night,

the price was good. The bed was comfortable.

you’d think with the company name of Courtyard you’d expect higher quality. Not very many electronic plugs. The one nearest to the bed looked like it’d start a fire. Definitely needs to be remodeled
