nothing absolutely terrible

I had bed bugs and reached out to the front desk staff, emailed the property manager and nobody every responded to anything.

The rooms were cleanish. My kids found things under the bed lol. But for the most part it was clean. The rooms were cold and comfortable! There is a McDonald's across the street so if you have kids it is great to feed them. We didn't go to the restaurants or anything but the kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub. The young man at the front desk at check in was great! He was really helpful and got us checked in without issues. The hotel is nice and has a club and bar attached so that's cool.

Door 3 didn't work. It was door right next to our room from the outside and we couldn't get it to open with the key card. The other doors worked just not door 3.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Large place. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Bar and club was far from rooms so it was perfect!!

The pool was way too small for the size of this hotel.

The location isn't far from stockyards

I had to keep opening toilet tank, to allow tank to fill up.

No ramps for baggage trolley near elevator entrance. You had to lift it over curb. All ice machines in hotel out of order.

I like the how the inside was clean and spacious in the lobby. The rooms were okay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The water runs good and hot. The staff was awesome. Beds were great and comfortable.

I didn't like that the room floor was a little moist.. we had gnats in our room flying around.

Hallways and public spaces were hot and dated.

it was away from all the busyness of the city, but close enough to drive

it felt very old and the carpet did not feel clean.

our room didn’t have a closet to hang clothes up, it didn’t have a hair dryer or Iron, it also smelled like Cat Pee, the thermostat on wall didn’t work, there was also only one trash can in bathroom not one in main area, no complimentary breakfast,

the elevators stopped working and there is no option to take stairs, the water was leaking out of the faucet when in shower setting. bed was definitely not a queen size. I definitely won’t stay again

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Bath room could use a few fixes, toliet ran unless you played with handle and tub had caulking all around the drain and didn't drain well.

The security team was great. Especially the lady making her rounds by the pool she was so nice and professional going out of her way for use to enjoy the last few minutes before the pool closed.we definitely need more people like her in the world.and especially in the career she does made me feel like I was at Disney world with her customer service. And I honestly will be back knowing she's on the job.thank you guys for the great experience.its honestly highly appreciated 👍🙏

Y'all definitely need to refurbish all the doors except the main entrance. All the other door leading inside the building are in very poor condition. Also the lighting is horrible in the hall ways I honestly don't this it's not up to code I recommend changing to led. Believe it will give the building a whole different vibe it already looks great. Just need better lighting to make you feel like your walking into heaven. Just a tip.
