Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta

Nice clean lobby and room. Good location

The property was nice and very comfortable. The staff was sooo nice!

It is in the nice area, no traffic and fresh air since there are many big trees and it’s located just by the exit. The lobby looks nice, cozy and welcoming. I checked in after midnight at about 2am (I called earlier in the afternoon via a phone call letting them know that we were coming late), the lady who was helping us was helpful but how I wish she had smiled (maybe because she was eating when I came in). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also nice, the dining room was clean and cozy. The Asian guys who were the waiters were friendly and helpful. He will give us a ticket, in case we want to give some tip (even you don’t have to pay for breakfast). I enjoyed staying here and it is one of our favorite place to stay in Alpharetta.

The parking spots are kinda small for those who drive big cars.

Room was clean and as expected.

Staff was unhelpful, difficult to contact or find. They didn’t inform us ahead of time that they were repaving the parking lot. After parking exactly where the front desk told me to, my new shoes got ruined by uncured asphalt.
