Ocean Resort

I liked how the property maintained the natural beauty with using driftwood to compliment the outside decor.

The only thing I can think of is the patio windows could have been cleaned. The ocean view was not the best looking through the streaky windows.

It was a little far from some decent restaurants in Campbell River which meant some driving back and forth. Coffee facilities in the room would be more ideal. The tv was quite small but we didn’t watch it much.

Room was clean and comfortable. View was great.

Had major problems with our key card mechanism, had to have our card reprogrammed a couple of times, in the morning even the maid couldn't get in with her master key card.

Clean and tidy room. Communal lounge was great. some simple snack and food available. Close to the beach and large playground area outside.

Noisy room. Could hear people upstairs through the floor above me and dog barking which woke me up. Dogs are allowed in the hotel and in the rooms. If I had of seen this I would not have booked. I was there for 2 nights and after the first night I reported the issue with the noise and asked for another room but they did not give me one saying they were all booked out. Everything else was great but the noise issue spoiled it for me. For me having a good night sleep was critical because I was on a motorbike. Book an upstairs room for your stay or go elsewhere.
