the room was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and understanding, we commented on the smell of smoking and marijauna in the hall and throughout the hotel to the staff and they were very understanding, while we were speaking to the staff about the smell of smoke another person commented on the problem as well,

the hotel smelled of smoke and marijauna (sorry about the spelling), my daughter and myself both suffer from migraines and this is a trigger for both of us, it was March break and the hotel was full of students which is okay but they were quite loud, there was yelling in the hall outside our room until late into the night and I was woken at 2 am by some people outside our room being very noisy, we chose not to stay for breakfast due to many people in the dining area and no where to sit, that was probably due to the time we came for breakfast, it was 9 am, had we not have paid for the room before arriving at the hotel we would not have stayed there but we had booked through Expedia and it was non-refundable. I should say that the room did not smell of smoke so that was appreciated

Pool water was cold

Never checked in but the hotel charged me. It's total ripped off. The management never called me back. Bad service. Shouldn't be in the industry.

Value for money was better then I expected. They free coffee and good breakfast was better then expected. excellent location for HWY access to ski hills.

the shower curtain rod was too low and the curtain was actually sitting in the tub, room 148. the HVAC was gross looking with the filter having been removed or disintegrated.

Lady from reception was unpleasant and mean. She closed the front door to the hotel in the evening, so we spent some time waiting for her without even apologizing to us. The room was nice, but noise we were didn’t know were this noise comes from

Location wasn't terrible.

The room smelled very musty. Was very humid in the room even with the AC on. Was hard to get comfortable, and the bed felt stiff.
