nice hotel - staff very helpful - breakfast excellent - It's a little out of the way, but then we don't know Boston and central Boston hotels are exorbitant, so we stayed kin Marlboro. All in all, all a very nice hotel;
Nothing - it was great for our purposes. We were Australian tourists driving around New England and New York. Hotels like this are not bank-busters and provide everything we're looking for - clean, secure, reasonably stylish, excellent staff, convenient breakfast.

Large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. And it has a very good restaurant to grab dinner.

Location, restaurant and staff.
For the price we paid plus 14% hotel tax, they do not do a good job of upkeep. Grout in the shower was filthy, the bathroom door had a huge chunk out of it; the tile surrounding the bathroom floor had been in need of repair and whoever is maintenance doesn’t know how to repair/replace let alone regroup tile. Plus, the tile it self surrounding the floor was grimy.
