The staff in the restaurant were very helpful when I inquired about accommodating food allergies.
The front desk staff seemed surprised when we asked for help figuring out the best way to get to city attractions. They did give us some good information but suggested that google maps was where we should have looked instead of asking them. Google maps did not provide the option they suggested as it involved partial car, partial transit. I appreciated that they did give a good suggestion but did not appreciate that they made it seem like providing advice on how to get places in their city is not an expected service at a hotel.

The hotel was very clean although there was some minor decorations going on the buffet was excellent and the staff was very helpful

I had reservations on the wrong day by accident! We are 82 and asked for some help to find another place . The desk clerk blew me off rudely and I had to go to another hotel where the woman helped me to find a room elsewhere .

Good but not special breakfast. Options: (a) Continental included oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, bread, bagels for toasting; (b) Full included scambled eggs (warm, not hot), sausage, potato, pancakes.
Outdoor parking (generous space), indoor pool (did not use), limited indoor exercise equipment.
No options for onsite lunches, although a few local, unaffiliated restaurants within 1-3 mile drive
New Normal: room servicing has become elective, requires requesting such service from the front desk in advance.
TV options limited to ~40 channels but no streaming services

Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Hot tub in the pool area didn't have water in it, and we were looking forward to soaking in there for a bit. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Comfortable beds
Evening staff was less than friendly. Requested for a room cleaning at 8am, but was told needed to be Requested the night before.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and it was quiet.
Was disappointed in the morning when my husband and I made coffee and tea for the road, but couldn’t take it with us because the lids did not fit the cups. Also, the fresh cookies were not ready when we checked in. We were looking forward to them. The room was a little stuffy, but we just put the air on -problem solved.

Nothing
No bar or restaurant open when the website clearly shows opening times and menu etc as this was the only reason we booked we declined to stay and opted for a refund.

Just the location
The entire experience was horrible. The beds were old and broken, the hotel was musty and even though we requested housekeeping, it was never done.
