It was truly a wonderful experience staying at the property.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I felt safe.
The breakfast was really good.

This hotel was recently remodeled and was beautifully done. There is a nice complimentary hot breakfast available IThe staff are friendly and the property is near O'Hare Airport, which was a convenient place to stay the night before we flew out.

The hotel itself was okay, but the shuttle service was a very unpleasant experience.
I arrived at around 11:30 PM and called the hotel to request the airport shuttle. On my first call, I was told that the shuttle would arrive within 15 minutes. However, despite several calls to the hotel, the shuttle did not arrive until around 1:00 AM — nearly 1.5 hours later.
The hotel itself was acceptable, but the shuttle service was extremely disappointing, especially after a long journey and late-night arrival. The communication and waiting time need significant improvement.
