The room was nice enough. They provided toothbrush and paste as our luggage was still at the airport. Desk attendant was nice enough but didn't honor our comp voucher.
We had a comp from Southwest for this hotel because our flight had been cancelled and they didn't honor it because they didn't receive a call from Southwest. There were several of us staying there and we were told we had to pay upfront and request a refund. The room was nice enough, but not $374 worth. We got there around 9pm I believe so had to buy an $8 frozen personal size DiGiorno pizza from their freezer.

Clean. Several lamps did not work. Cold air was entering room from under AC unit on wall.
Never informed by Staff there was a $30/day charge for parking at property. Complete "money grab". Completely unreasonable rate which would amount to almost 25% of the total rate for the room. Lost my future Business because of this rip off.
