Great tower and extremely helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was beautiful
We were on the 20th floor and for the whole tower there were only 2 working elevators. They have 3 in total. There were lines of people waiting for elevators when people were checking in or out or when it was time for house keeping. One morning we were tired of waiting for an elevator down, our family of 4 walked down 20 flights of stairs.

It's great to have your own kitchen & living area & 2 bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. Location was great for us as we were attending something at the Convention Centre.
There was a roaring noise in the second bedroom that was very disturbing at night time & made it difficult to sleep (coming from outside, sounded like air-conditioning vents / the roaring noise you hear all night on a plane flight). (We were in Lagoon Tower, facing Ilikai, floor 6). We spoke with front desk & they didn't do anything for us.
