Had to ask for towels and was told room would be clean 1 day prior to departure and wasn't tidied up.

Top notch breakfast, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable.

Not your name brand hotel. However, clean room, very comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet surroundings! Great price! I'll stay here everytime I pass through!

Breakfast was overall good, but upon checkin the evening before, staff advised breakfast started at 6:00 AM, as did the signs at the front desk. I was travelling for work and had to be at my worksite at 7:00 AM. At. 6:00 AM, I came down and coffee wasn't even ready, and finally the cooked breakfast was ready at about 6:30 AM. Luckily my worksite was 10 minutes away so I could have the breakfast, although breakfast was made in the "to go" clamshells, so I could hae taken it with me, prefer to actually sit down at a table. Overall, hotel was nice, clean, modern, pleasant staff, good value for $$. Will stay there again!
As per above - breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 AM, let's start it then, not 1/2 hour later. There were other guests in the hotel, who also were staying there for work, that were also waiting for breakfast too.

staff were exceptional.

Sleep was good until a couple of people came back to there room at 1:30 AM...must have been at casino. I will consider the hotel in the future if I require one though.

Liked getting upgraded to a double room for no extra charge.
Loved being moved to top floor no charge.
Missed breakfast, wasn't told it was over at 9am.
Coffee pot malfunctioned and was not cleaned from previous tenant.
The TV remote didn't work and there was only 1 channel.
The fire alarm had been removed from the ceiling and was sitting on the counter... unoperational.

it’s quite and warm. I like the bathroom it’s not small like others where you have a door hitting your knees when husband walks in!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room spacious and clean. I didn't have the opportunity to spend very much time at the hotel (checked in after midnight and left early in the morning) but the shower was nice with options to suit everyone as far as water pressure and sprayers. Great affordable hotel and I will be back.
Continental breakfast but I've heard they're going back to pre-Covid style very soon
