Staff was amazing had come in off a long flight and they actively worked to get me in a little earlier. Restaurants attached so that’s great, good shuttle service and bed was comfy.
The A/C machine didn’t really work, would clink in and out for seconds at a time. The hotel is expensive and should be top tier. The pool facility is dark and has no natural light and feels like a cave, no chairs or small tables to put your belongings and guests has to get towels since there was none.

When I checked in the front desk representative was very friendly and I was checked in within minutes. It was in a convenient area near the airport and having two restaurants attached to the hotel made it great to stay inside when weather was not great outside.
Some attention to detail in the rooms could be improved. Both the main door and the bathroom door would stick when fully closing or opening.

Location for shopping.
Needed more towels as there was four adults in room. Did not know where the pools were. It was moist and warm in the room as ac was blowing out warm air.
