I liked that there was a little restaurant, I liked the beds and pillows they were extremely comfortable.
The reception staff were lovely and helpful with my bags.
The walls were thin so you can hear everyone’s noises in the other rooms. People were walking around talking etc and all hours of the night most nights.

the receptionist girls we’re absolutely lovely, so helpful! The cost was fair for what it is
Not the greatest communication, the location was a bit of a hike from everywhere however it was close to public transport. The walls were very thin.

Location good and serene, through off from downtown -city center
The communication at the reception is mostly in French. It would be nice if languages like English should be factored for ease of communication with Non-French speakers.

I only liked that we could be comfortable at the room
I didn't like that we saw cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchenette every night. Also, one day, we saw the biggest rat I've ever seen in my life in the hallway, right in front of our room—and the hotel staff didn't even care. On top of that, the hotel lacked many of the facilities they advertised. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone!
