Even though I reserved a non-smoking room, the building has a smoking smell as it is an old buidlig.

Where to start? Easily the best service I've ever had for paid accommodations. I was returning home on a motorcycle trip, and found this gem online. Even though the facility is older, the room was quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were able to order excellent food for room service, and complimentary breakfast the next morning wasn't just the typical continental breakfast buffet, it was sit-down restaurant food with enough choices to please almost everyone. The staff were beyond congenital and accommodating. Considering the very reasonable price for the room et al, an outstanding value!
Other than the facility being a little older, no complaints at all.

Very well prepared
booking .com not communicating wit check in desk. A credit card was used to hold the room and the stay was to be paid with cash. The room was paid for by cash and there was also charged to the credit card and now I have paid twice

It looked nothing like the photos. The photos were outdated. The sign was ripped off of the front of the building. It was rundown. The building smelled funny. Upon checking into my room the heater was whining so loudly I asked for my money back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is freshly cooked for you and absolutely delicious.
The owners have big plans to make it even better and more modern over time.

The service was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Even if it was only for a night's stay, we felt at home. They even gave as free a la Carta breakfast.

There was no breakfast as the restaurant close during Covid and has not reopened, but it’s still being advertised as offering breakfast with your room. There was no discount for there, not being a breakfast there were no screens in our windows. The room smelled stagnant and stale. The ledge of the window inside the room was littered with Pineneedles. The access through the front was chained up when we returned at 10 o’clock at night had to walk around the hotel to find a way in the parking lot was dirty and unkept.

The staff was very nice but everything else was VERY VERY NOT.
Very dingy and run down. Cleaning consisted of changing bed sheets and putting bounce sheets in the AC vents. This was the first time I have ever felt un-safe staying in a hotel. There was NO secondary lock on the door to lock from the inside!! There were almost no other people staying there and those that were around gave me bad vibes. Smoking rooms are in the same hallways as the non-smoking rooms. If I didn't have my dog with me for protection I would not have slept there at all.

The staff are very helpful and so polite compared to other places I’ve stayed in lately. They went out of there way to help me as I didn’t get in until 3:30am. As well told me not to worry about checking out by 11am than I could sleep an extra hour and check out around 12-1pm instead which was so appreciated.
The hotel was quite and a perfect location.

Room was comfy, had everything I needed,
Fridge had left over food and drink inside, shelves in fridge were sticky, microwave tray had dried food on it.
Sink and tub had hair in it
I had to clean the fridge and microwave before I could use them
