This is a great place to stay, whether for one night or a few nights. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and staff offered to make something not on the menu due to an allergy. Refreshments were available 24/7, a very nice touch

Location is wonderful. Access to coffee and tea and snacks is lovely. Room was clean, but a little outdated.
We were told to press buzzer for assistance and someone would come when necessary....after about 45 minutes of various button pushing, a note left on front counter, I finally was able to snag a person in the hallway to help. Our TV wasn't set up in such a way to view, and for $300 if we want to watch TV then we should be able to. But the lack of assistance was the real issue. The rooms are not very soundproof...as in an old building sort of way. And the pillows are like little flat pieces of stiff foam...very strange.
