I was being charged more than booking.com quoted me telling me booking.com made a mistake. Wouldn’t honor the booking.com quite. Several errors were made and very untrained employees

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was great. Pool and lake were awesome.
Cleaning products had too strong an artificial scent. Use no scent or light natural scents.

Location excellent, indoor pool with slide was great. Friendly efficient staff.
Would have liked a balcony and lake view, but $400+/night was my limit.

Excellent location on beachfront. Car parking on-site. Basic but worthwhile breakfast. comfy room with sofa and kitchenette.
Free one hour kayaking.

very friendly, helpful staff and a nice clean room with comfortable beds. Also a beautiful view of the lake from the building.

Just Ok acomodations for the price considering off-season
please fix drain in bathtub - fills up as you shower and the fan sounded like an airplane in the room.

beat up carpet and walls. no soap for tub , just one generic hand soap bottle by the sink. some how I used to think Coast hotels were better than this.

The bed was not very comfy, and the fridge was loud.

It was clean and location was great.
The front staff were helpful and friendly!
When booked my stay , breakfast was included and discovered upon checking in it was no longer available. There was also another guest that assumed it was also included .

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The view is beautiful, love the fact they had kayaks and paddle boards to rent
