staff and room was great clean and very friendly staff
maid service was not the best requested towels and toilet paper 2 times and had to go get it from the staff on the floor the 1st time we requested them both the staff was one room away and never did after we were gone for over 3 hours. asked a second time for both items and had to go hunt them down for them toilet paper 2 time needed to get ourselves, I paid good money for having to hunt down room items, I even text in your text message sent to me and nothing was done.

The breakfast was good, but the seating area was quite crowded.
The staff seemed to give some guests more attention and consideration than others. For instance, we were not offered the complementary bottles of water for our room and other guests were offered the bottled water. Everyone that pays to stay at your properties should be given the same level of care and consideration.
