Отель очень старый, в комнате ужасно пахло сыростью все 4 дня, из принадлежностей только шампунь, гель для душа и лосьон для тела. В лобби и ресторане при отеле слишком холодно из-за кондиционеров. Номер неуютный. Входная дверь еле открывалась.

l’emplacement proche des parcs universal
La qualité des services, pas de service de chambre sauf si demandé spécifiquement pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Matelas mous et les draps ne tiennes pas sur le matelas. Chambres mitoyennes tres bruyantes et jour avec le couloir. on entend tout le monde parler

My daughter and I were on vacation and the purpose for our visit was to go to Universal Studios to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, so the location was perfect as we walked to Universal...the pool and hot tub were fun, we had an amazing view of the pool, we took an uber to Disney Springs it was perfect location for us.
Room was spacious and very clean
The pool could have been warmer for me ; )

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is also located very close to the universal parks
We were put in a disabled room that had constant buzzing from the door, yes we could have swapped rooms but that came with the hassle of packing all our bags and moving.
The hotel does not offer any shuttles to the Disney parks therefore we ended up having to uber each day.
The eating area for breakfast was very messy and outdated, whilst the staff were friendly having to sit next to very messy and stained tables was not fun.
Whilst the room was clean, the carpets were stained and the bathroom was dated

Personal war nicht sonderlich freundlich. Es war eher eine Abfertigung. Die Zimmer sind extrem ringhörig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Man bezahlt schlicht die Nähe zu den Universal Studios.

Das Zimmer roch komisch. Einrichtung alt.. Teppich..abgelaufen, Flecken. alte Möbel, altes Badezimmer. Alte Klimaanlage die zu laut war. Renovierung überfällig. Oder preis senken...

Great location if you’re coming for Universal Studios. Within walking distance; otherwise some transportation is also provided by the studios a few times a day. Room was large, comfortable and clean. There are several food options on site including a Starbucks. Also within walking distance from an outlet. Has a large parking space

Location was excellent. The rooms were clean but dated. The service was excellent.
Paying for parking for guest was high. You already pay a hospitality tax.

The location is very central and within a reasonable distance from the airport. After traveling for over 22 hours, the staff assisted me with an early check-in which I was very grateful for. Breakfast was delicious and the room was incredibly spacious and definitely up to the standards one expects from a DoubleTree hotel.

Vue depuis la chambre affreuse sur un toit moisi, parking de l’hôtel à 31$ par jour (complètement absurde comme prix), decoration moche, odeur de friture dans la nuit qui arrive de la bouche d’aération, la climatisation fait trop de bruit nous avons dû l’éteindre dans la nuit (et nous avons eu très chaud), une porte pour accéder à la chambre d’à côté qui n’était pas fermée à clé…

Excellent location, dining easy and room was in nice condition. Plenty of towels and very spacious.
The parking is ridiculous, you have to pay $31 a day and there is no discount for people who are staying at the hotel.

The property itself is tired.
All the cushions in lobby and courtyard were stained. Our furniture in room had nicks, refrigerator was wobbly and hard to open. Tub needs replacing. Shower curtain was stained at bottom. Towels were scratchy.

It was just a bit average. Great location for universal studios but that was it. The gym was disappointing, breakfast looked unappetising and overpriced, the design of the hotel is a bit disconcerting. The bathroom wasn't as nice as I expected for a Hilton.

Es ist tatsächlich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Park (Universal Studios). Das war gut. Zimmer okay. Haben während des Urlaubs schlimmeres erlebt. Wir hatten beim Frühstück eine super Bedienung. Frühstück echt ausreichend.
Alles ziemlich steril. Nicht gemütlich und kein europäischer Standard für ein Hilton. Schade.

The shuttles to the park are very limited so we had to Uber most of the time and that costs extra. Also wish we had a microwave to warm leftovers up in.

I stayed for the second time in this hotel. Both times check in was more than 45 minutes. Furniture in lobby is absolute disgusting. No apologies from staff about the wait, room smelled moldy, breakfast buffet is $27, isn't worth more than $15.
