I like the double bed suite with pull out bed in living room. I enjoyed feeling safe walking around last night, loved how so many business including portos are walking distance. I loved how all four of us were able to shower without hot water running out.
I did not like how long the elevators took, how one was broken, how hot it was on the first floor, I didn’t like how kids couldn’t be at pool after a certain time when we are on vacation and paying as much as we did.

The amenities and spacious rooms.
The pool was nice but they didn't have towels. I called twice on Friday 9/18/26 to bring towels and they said housekeeping was behind. I waited 1.5 hrs and left dripping wet with my daughter's (7 and 2 yr old) because we didn't have pool towels. Also, we needed more pillows and blankets in the room.
