The front desk staff - Coretta and Elizabeth - were excellent.
I was on the 5th floor and they’re doing renovations on the 6th floor. I didn’t know that was going on and it wasn’t noisy at times. It wasn’t that bad though. They didn’t start too early or run late.

The room size and space is wonderful when traveling with family. The room itself was very clean. The breakfast was ok but the staff was so nice and helpful.
This room should never have been rented due to the construction they have going on. They were jackhammering the room below all day long and I had to leave to get anything done I had planned to do during the day. The halls were dirty and some smelled terrible. Usually you can park at the back door if you room is far around the corner but I couldn't do that because of the construction so the room was really far away from the elevators.
