The area was convenient. The shuttle service/driver and staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was perfect!
There were a couple of bugs in the bathroom and one of the face towels that was folded on the shelf for use was already dirty. I went to two different floors for ice and neither machine worked. The room also had a smell of wet carpet or padding, like a mildew smell. The pool and patio furniture was stained and still had equipment in the pool after it should have been opened, around 10:45am. We just sprayed room spray, killed the bugs, and asked for more towels.

Very clean and neat
They had our room ready but when they gave us keys, we went to the room and someone else was in our room, so we went back up to the desk and told them that someone was in our room and he went to look and apologized and told me he was sorry he don’t understand what happened but he did take care of us and gave us a bigger room!
