The breakfast was great so nice to get a hot meal before you travel.
I have to say that your staff member Tristan was amazing. I have not in my 40+years staying at hotels seen a worker so determined to work and smile while doing it. He was cleaning the parking lot watering flowers helping with the kitchen garbage. I guess what surprised me was his age being a younger person and have his determination to do his job. Anyway TRISTAN is an exceptional worker.
The rest of your staff was also great friendly. You have a great hotel there.
That the pool was closed in the morning.

We always like going to the Mirage. We live an hour away, so on birthday's or special occasions we like to have a little staycation, we love the pool area, and breakfast is wonderful. The staff is excellent..but the rooms...they need some love. The rooms that have rug seriously need to have it removed and replaced with something that is NOT rug. I rented a 2 bedroom suite., the bed in the one room was extremely tippy and seemed to have been broken once and never properly fixed. The pull out sofa was also nearly unusable, it had a large protruding bar down the length of it, .in the middle.. And those pool bathrooms...they have always had a horrendous smell to them, and what a glorious day it would be, if that could be remedied.
