Rooms were updated and very clean. Full kitchen and even had a washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipt and they have condiments and such in the lobby. . We had a bottom floor unit which was perfect for our dog. We also played golf on property. The convenience was great, but the course needed some love.

Which they had a breakfast place. The pool bar does not opens until 10 am. But that's just us being lazy and not wanting to cook.

the property was great - parking comfort and sad to say, a pool which we were to busy to visit. The bed was sooo comfortable, it was very quiet. I loved staying there.

Nice facilities and pool area. The apartment was very comfortable. Good location for nearby sights. Relaxing stay!

Housekeeping needs improvement. We were there for a week and needed to chase the staff for some cleaning (we were told they would clean at the middle of our stay but this did not happen), garbage disposal etc. The elevator was out of order during our whole stay

I had to call front desk three times in the middle of the afternoon to have some REGULAR coffee packs brought to my room. the housekeeping person ONLY left DECAF coffee. I had to wait to begin a business meeting until the coffee finally arrived,

I liked how the staff was very friendly. I also liked my room was on the second floor. I also liked how the restrooms in the hotel lobby was clean.

I didn’t like the my balcony to my room was dirty and not useful. The furniture was weak and dirty. the carpet had holes and weak spots on the sub floor of the balcony.

I was excited to visit the Palm Springs Desert Oasis. As we booked late, we were a (paying) Welk Resort owner. Condo was a large one bedroom, and big. Bed was very comfortable. Liked that it had a full-size kitchen. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The property was clean and well-kept. The staff was very quick to remedy a coffee maker issue.

Location is definitely a distance from downtown PS, will need transportation to get anywhere....a bit isolated from any kind of store, cafes etc. Our condo was dated. Condo felt only surface-cleaned everywhere, and didn't have a 'sanitized' feel. Washed cookware/dishware and utensils before using. Used coffee maker when using for the first time. Staff was great, replacing the entire coffee maker with a new one. Windows old and outdated; when opened felt like they would come out of track. Slider door locking mechanism in bedroom felt unsecure.

Extremely comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, tasteful furnishing, great concierge service, clean and friendly environment, daily room service for trash removal, etc.

I honestly can't think of much that could have been better - we had a perfect stay. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets a couple of times but if you stay longer than a few nights, you can just buy some or bring some from home. I would have liked a later check out - 10 AM seemed very early.
