Our room was spotless and comfortable, especially the beds! The staff was very outgoing and helpful, from the moment we checked in until we checked out the following day. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the server was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We had a delightful conversation with him. I would not consider staying in any other hotel in the Frederick area. The Hilton Garden Inn was great!!!!!

Tamieeka at front desk was very courteous, accommodating. Signed me up for Hilton Rewards, which took no time at all, provided free breakfast the next morning for me & my mom. Much appreciated. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! Attentive waiter. Very fresh fruit, excellent bacon. All staff we encountered were very courteous.
We could smell cigarette smoke on our floor in the p.m. This didn’t bother myself so much, but it did my mother, who woke up coughing in the night.
We know this is not the fault of your establishment.
The hotel appeared ‘older’ than it did in photos online, but it was clean & comfortable. We understand the building will be getting a facelift this fall.

The staff knows the meaning hospitality! Lovely folk making a chain hotel seem like home! The breakfast is so much better than the usual buffet, as good as any breakfast diner you could find outside.

My car got hit in their parking lot and they offered no assistance.
