St. Albert Inn & Suites

Everything was great. It was comfortable clean. The staff was good. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good in the morning for breakfast.

The only thing we didn’t like was my husband tried to have a bath and the plug for the bathtub didn’t work. It didn’t fit so he couldn’t have a bath had to have a shower, which she wasn’t pleased with.

The room and bed were good. I didn't ask for cleaning or clean towels daily but were available.

Breakfast was included but I and my fellow travellers were very disappointed in the fact that we had to order off a menu rather than a breakfast buffet. The hotel was completely understaffed for people to order off a menu. My order was simple but fellow travellers had to wait a long time for there food and when we asked about it and the food was delivered it was cold. The front desk told me that they didn't know so many of us would be staying at the hotel. I find it strange to believe that they weren't told or that the information about the number of people staying at that time would not be available to them.

It was quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. There were 2 thermostats and we're pretty sure only one was working but it seemed to be either hot or cold. Breakfast was a bit of an ordeal as the first 2 mornings it was sit down and order. Unfortunately it was very slow so the first morning I had to have a muffin and yogurt to go to get to my conference on time. The second morning I tried going earlier but I barely had enough time. The last morning it was self serve so that was better but of course that morning I was very early and didn't need to be.
