The location was really convenient, great price, clean and comfy beds.
The exterior looks dated, but fine in the inside. The air conditioning was quite noisy, as were some other guests late at night.

Great location right across from a mall, short drive to Canada's Wonderland. Great breakfast restaurant in the hotel.

"It was quiet and clean. It is located in a very nice area of Newmarket. Did not see any homeless or intoxicated groups of people."
