Great hotel for travelling with pets. Have stayed here most time we travel to Nova Scotia from Ontario which is several times a year. First time with my dog. Great grounds and floor rooms with outside doors for easy access to take the dog out to explore the large parking and grass area.

The rooms were good, & beds were comfortable.
The staff I interacted with were very pleasant & friendly.
The balcony off of our rooms & the patio doors looked like they had never been cleaned. We couldn't even have the screen door open, as there were so many bigger than usual spiders & webs from one end to the other.
It was gross, between the doors, in all corners, & no way around it.
I called to have someone come up as we wanted air, yet no one came.
The boys weren't going around them either
The Fitness Center of I remember correctly had alot of yoga mats, a treadmill, stepper & medicine ball. It looked sad tbh.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was good in that it was a full breakfast. Room was spacious and had all amenities. It was also clean.
What I didn’t like was the location of the breakfast. It is in the foyer/reception area of the hotel which makes it awkward if you are checking in or out whilst everyone is trying to have breakfast. There’s no elevator so luggage had to be fetched up the stairs. Fridge was not functioning properly as everything got frozen. The hotel is definitely old so it needs some upgrades including the parking lot.
