Coffee maker did not work, shower door was broken, wish there was a mini fridge

Que te hacen firmar una hoja de un seguro contra daños que te cobran por 250 dólares y que te liberan ese dinero como una semana después. Eso me comentaron, espero que en realidad ocurra.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we planned to do. Everyone was so friendly and the breakdast was delicious.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking.

Parking thethe extra cost was a dollar because there was no discount for staying at the hotel😩

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Perfect location for attending a conference at the hotel across the street. The parking garage is right next door which is very convenient. And to top it off the breakfast was excellent and the convenience shopping was fully sticked with a great assortment of options.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The bed was fantastically comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the serving area was very clean. I would totally stay there again, no question.

The only thing I didn't like, but was still not a downer. I went to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area, and the coffee was luke warm at its best. I made myself a fresh hot cup in the room. I do feel like in a suite, with the kitchen type area and the sink, maybe include a small dish detergent of some sort.
