Lots of parking and good layout of hotel. Super friendly staff! Got 2 complimentary water bottles upon check in. We also enjoyed a warm, healthy breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Clean rooms and personal touches to the room. Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you

This was a gem of a hotel, The staff were excellent - i had a rough start getting there and they were sympathetic and even gave me a little snack pack! A cup of tea and the cookies made me feel better especially when i had to enlist their help getting my suitcase open. They even apologiesed at having to break the lock. I was offered transport to get to the local store to replace the lock however it was only 10 minutes walk. Free transport between the hotel and airport was appreciated.
There are several Hampton courts so it was confusing trying to get the correct transport to the hotel - as they all have similar names.

Staff was amazing. Jeremy accommodated our needs and made sure we were satisfied with our room. We ended traveling with 2 kids that weren’t initially part of our getaway. Jeremy made sure we were all comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Breakfast could be better with the preparation of the food, and if it was a least till 10:30.
the females staff were not friendly, not smiling often.

Overall a great experience. The breakfast was actually better than we expected. The room was very clean and spacious. Also the shuttle service was a great bonus.
The reception staff were a bit rude for no apparent reason.
