I really enjoyed my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great perk, and I was especially happy with the size of the room and bathroom. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast area staff were frindly and attentive.
The check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk staff did not seem fully attentive and appeared to take a personal phone call rather than greeting me when I arrived. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and attentive level of customer service. Beds were moderatly comfortaable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast has plenty of variety and coffee, and the dining room is nice. The room is spacious, very well-lit, and has a lot of natural light. The desk and couch provided a comfortable place to work and the rooms are quiet which is helpful for video calls. The gym was great, too. Shuttle service was so convenient and removed the worry or bother of transportation, especially since there is shopping nearby. I will return to this hotel on my next trip here.
Fans in the gym would be nice, but the equipment is good and that is more important.

Beds are comfy enough, pillows are so so,lobby area is pleasant ; shuttle bus service is handy for short distances & airport
bathroom is very old , outdated shower head stuck to the wall, not moving, same sink tap stuck in one position in the middle of the sink , no space even to wash hands properly; breakfast is very poor with plastic cutlery & plates., ; swimming pool is a disaster-very small, also bottom of the pool is rusty & has sharp edges, scratching skin
