The staff were the best! Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great fridge! Nice continental type breakfast offered. All around great value!!

The unit was spacious and comfortable.
The bathroom, although the tub, sink and vanity, and toilet were clean, the door was really dirty with grimey hand prints. The bathroom needs the walls and ceiling cleaned and some cosmetic repairs to the same. A professional touch for a few dollars would elevate the space and give a better review. For a last minute stay, it was a good night's stay for a good price.

The bathroom floor was so dirty. The coffeemaker was on top of the fridge, super awkward. The air conditioner was SO loud, and the streaming TV had me excited until we tried to use it, and we couldn’t get through one show due to the extreme buffering. I realize that the motel is under new ownership, but in 2026 we need somewhere to plug in devices, we moved a floor lamp to use a plug and the dust and dirt grossed us out! We travelled from Regina to Port Alberni, and this was the most expensive accommodation, and the most disappointing.
