Loved the location and friendly staff. We were checking it out for my sons wedding next year as we are booking a block of rooms.

I had two rooms and one of the beds had sticky red stuff on the frame and stains on the sheets. We called the front desk and they didn’t even offer something of the very expensive room.

The view was exceptional, air conditioned rooms

The price is just too high, the hotel was virtually empty our 1st night yet the island was busy. I think you have priced yourself out of the market. I am a long-time visitor, and think your renovation is fabulous, YET the view over the water you used to have from restaurant/bar patio is lost. The new bar is fine but no character, without that view.

Seems to be newly renovated, great views facing the harbour.

Weirdly minimal about toiletries, I had to ask for some body wash.

Lots of storage. Big room. Wonderful patio but weather too cold for us to use.

Better cream for coffee. Daily cleaning without having to ask.

House keeping, toiletries in room. This property is looking to be a 5 star rated property, my experience leaves it far from that. The front desk staff were wonderful and most accommodating the view of the harbor is 5 star.

We had a room facing the water and marina that had very comfortable chairs and a small table and chairs so you could have a snack or cocktail outside...so it was a great perch to appreciate the surroundings. (View in picture) Net net, we felt SO welcome and appreciated. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The restaurant, Woodly's is quite good. Lots of options for breakfast - and very generous servings. Dinner options were plentiful with very interesting additional entrees,
