Very clean. Right on the water. It was well kept up.
One of the lights did not work in the room.

Breakfast was very good. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is great- there are many restaurants nearby in Prescott and there is a really nice walking trail there. The grounds at the inn are beautiful and you can sit by the river and there is a beautiful view. We rented a cottage which had a patio, barbeque, kitchen, with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. We have stayed here a few times and we will be back.

Room was lovely and clean, well stocked and comfortable.
Slight musty smell of mattress

Hard to find a small business run inn that has the 80s vibe at such a great price. Might be dated but has plenty of small touches to make you feel comfortable.
It’s a bit small.

"Posto fantastico. La nostra stanza aveva vista lago incantevole, letteralmente a pochi metri dalla riva. Se avessimo potuto ci saremmo fermati una notte in più"
