We had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The only downside was the soundproofing. We could hear noises from the room next door or upstairs when they were loud.

The large modern rooms, in room coffee pods and Smitty’s vouchers for breakfast.
We were pulling a u-haul and there was plenty of room to park behind the hotel. All the front desk staff we encountered were wonderful.
The beds were hard and both rolls of toilet paper were mounted on the holder while still wrapped in plastic.

It’s Canadian-owned and a very nice property. Has a dedicated games room with board games and a foozball table! Huge rooms! Getting Smittys gift cards for free breakfast was a very nice touch. Thank you.
2 different front staff members were very cold and unwelcoming. Was a bit off putting.
But of road noise from highway, you could ask to get a room away from it.

The room was nice and big.
The room was not very sound proof. We heard the guests upstairs walking around and talking even through the night. The elevator was quite old and there was only one. The hotel could use a bit of a freshen up overall with minor renovations.
I found the staff to be not super friendly. The clerk we had checking in was quite accommodating however the clerk at the front desk when we checked out was not friendly at all.
